PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep visible light transmittance of infrared cut glass enough high and furthermore to suppress transmittance of near-infrared region thereof to be low.SOLUTION: Coated glass is made by depositing on a glass substrate a film in which WVOnanoparticles (x: 0.007-0.028) disperse by dual simultaneous sputtering. Then, coated glass is subjected to heat treatment. More specifically, the glass substrate on which the film has been deposited is put in a heating furnace, is subjected to heat treatment for 1 hour at a temperature of 600°C and an oxygen pressure of 6 Pa, and thus the coated glass undergone heat treatment is obtained. In the obtained coated glass undergone heat treatment, the relationship between the wavelength and the transmittance shows that the transmittance at a wavelength of 500 nm is 50% or more, and the transmittance tends to decrease toward a wavelength of 1500 nm from a wavelength of 800 nm.
|
