<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime risk value derivation device and program capable of deriving a crime risk value indicating the level of a crime risk without requiring a guard or a person to be guarded to wear any special equipment.SOLUTION: On the basis of a behavior status of a person being present in a monitor target area 60 indicated by a plurality of captured images obtained by a camera 40 continuously capturing the monitor target area 60, a suspicious person in the monitor target area 60 is detected. Among persons being present in the captured images, persons excepting for the detected suspicious person and being close to predetermined ranking from a person closest to the suspicious person are defined as guarded persons and the other persons are identified as guards. On the basis of a positional relationship of the suspicious person, the guarded persons and the guards, the crime risk value is derived that indicates the level of the crime risk of the suspicious person for the guarded persons.</p> |
