<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity sensor capable of improving response properties and improving a degree of freedom in design.SOLUTION: A protective member 60 is composed by spreading a plurality of spherical beads 61. A gap 70 composed between the adjacent beads 61 is allowed to be of size for transmitting vapor and shutting off liquid. Thus, by changing the number of the beads 61 appropriately, the size of the protective member 60 can be changed at will, thus improving a degree of freedom in design.</p> |
