<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heating device for improving cooling efficiency of a transistor.SOLUTION: A liquid heating device comprises a tank 4 for storing a liquid heat medium, an electric heater 3 housed in the tank 4 and heating the liquid heat medium, a transistor 10 for controlling a current supplied to the electric heater 3, a temperature switch 11 for detecting temperature in the tank 4 by a heat detection part 11a, a medium inflow part 30 for flowing the liquid heat medium into the tank 4, and a medium outflow part 31 for flowing the liquid heat medium out of the tank 4. The tank 4 has a heat radiation part 32 for radiating heat of the transistor 10 to the liquid heat medium. The heat radiation part 32, and the temperature switch 11 are sequentially arranged in a flowing direction of the liquid heat medium from the medium inflow part 30 to the medium outflow part 31.</p> |
