The method comprises the following steps: receiving collected real-time data through an enqueuing thread; placing the received real-time data in a jitter buffer pointer queue and triggering queue ranking once; and determining dequeuing time of the real-time data through a dequeuing thread according to the amount of the real-time data in the jitter buffer pointer queue. The collected data is ranked and cached, the transmission time of the data is determined according to the data in a cache, data transmission is dynamically adjusted, and accordingly the data is stably output and the smoothness problem caused by network jittering is prevented.
