[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems, and the present invention provides a resin-metal composite having excellent shock resistance, thermal shock resistance, and adhesive property, by comprising an adhesive layer including a terpolymer or bipolymer between a metal layer and a resin layer, so as to solve the problems. [Solution] The purpose is achieved by a resin-metal composite which comprises a metal layer, a resin layer, and an adhesive layer between the metal layer and the resin layer, wherein an adhesive layer composition constituting the adhesive layer contains a bipolymer or terpolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing two or three of monomers of a), b), c), and d) below: a) is α-olefin represented by chemical formula 1 below, [chemical formula 1] RCH=CH2 (wherein, R is hydrogen or an alkyl radical having 1 to 8 carbon atoms); b) is at least one of acrylate or methacrylate; c) is at least one of α,β-ethylenated unsaturated acrylic acid having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, methacrylic acid, sulfonic acid, or phosphoric acid; and d) is a monomer including any one of a glycidyl group, a hydroxyl group, a maleic anhydride group, a carboxylic acid group, or an ester group. |
