Disclosed in the present application are a method, device and system for local switching of voices over IP, the method comprising: a first network device receiving a first voice over IP packet forwarded by a second network device , wherein the target user equipment of the first voice over IP packet is first user equipment; determining, according to the characteristic information of the first voice over IP packet, the matching between the characteristic information of a second voice over IP packet sent by second user equipment and the characteristic information of the first voice over IP packet, wherein both the first user equipment and the second user equipment belong to the first network device; and establishing a local switching relation for the second user equipment and the first user equipment, wherein the local switching relation indicates that the voice over IP packet sent by the second user equipment is locally forwarded to the first user equipment via the first network device, or the voice over IP packet sent by the first user equipment is locally forwarded to the second user equipment via the first network device. |
