The wearable terminal of the present invention comprises: a communication unit for communicating with at least one external device; a memory for storing a photographed image and/or a detected sound; a biometric information detection unit for detecting biometric information from the body of the user; and a control unit for controlling the communication unit so as to transmit the stored image and/or sound to the external device according to the detected biometric information.
