When the glass substrate (3) enters the high-temperature cavity (2) and when the glass substrate (3) touches the deflection probe (10b), the deflection probe (10b) switches on the detection element (12), and then the detection element (12) sends out a sensing signal to represent that the glass substrate (3) has entered the high-temperature cavity (2). By means of the simple mechanical structure and the conventional detection element, whether the glass substrate (3) or other elements exist in a high-temperature apparatus can be judged in real time.
