A device for detecting the existence of an article in a high-temperature cavity (2), which is used for detecting the entry and exit of a glass substrate (3) in the high-temperature cavity (2). The detection device comprises a sensing probe and a detection element (12), wherein the sensing probe is disposed on a side wall of the high-temperature cavity (2) and comprises a fixed probe (10a) and a deflection probe (10b) which are located on the same straight line. When the glass substrate (3) enters the high-temperature cavity (2) and when the glass substrate (3) touches the deflection probe (10b), the deflection probe (10b) switches on the detection element (12), and then the detection element (12) sends out a sensing signal to represent that the glass substrate (3) has entered the high-temperature cavity (2). By means of the simple mechanical structure and the conventional detection element, whether the glass substrate (3) or other elements exist in a high-temperature apparatus can be judged in real time. |
