The invention relates to the field of communication and telecommunications, radioelectronic and opticoelectronic monitoring and is provided for arranging antenna and opticoelectronic systems, radioelectronic equipment and use in mobile, rapidly developable communication complexes, radiolocation and opticoelectronic surveillance. A mobile complex comprises a chassis with a frame 1 onto which a platform 3 is mounted by a fitting connection 2, onto which arranged are a hardware module 4, a power supply unit 5, extendable outriggers 6, a mast 7 with a drive 8 for its lifting and lowering, turn beams 9, ties 10, each of which is connected by one end to corresponding drive 12 provided with a tension regulator and arranged at the platform 3 via a bypass beam 11 arranged at the end of the turn beam 9. Each of the ties 10 is connected by other end to an upper platform 13 of the mast 7. The mobile complex is positioned on the platform, the outriggers 6 are extended and leveling and stabilization of the platform 3 are performed. Simultaneously, the mast 7 is lifted by the drive 8, the turn beams 9 are turned and ties 10 are tightened via corresponding drives 12. The time of developing the mobile complex for arranging radioelectronic facilities does not exceed 10 minutes. |
