The present invention relates to a holder for a mobile terminal and a method for changing a direction using the same. The present invention provides the holder for the mobile terminal which includes a first member which is combined with the mobile terminal and rotates around a first shaft together with the mobile terminal, a second member which is connected to the first member by the first shaft and rotates around a second shaft, a third member which is connected to the second member by the second shaft and rotates around a third shaft and a base which supports the third member, and the method for changing the direction using the same.
