PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation material superior in both of following capability to a shape of a heat generation part and the like and a thickness-direction thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A thermally-conductive laminate is provided which is formed by impregnating laminated fiber base material with resin, and in which the fiber base material includes first fiber and second fiber, heat conductivity of the first fiber is 30 W/mK or more, and modulus of elasticity of the second fiber is 50% or less of that of the first fiber. |
