PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having a solar cell excellent in generation efficiency and of low cost.SOLUTION: The solar cell module 11 includes a solar cell panel 16 formed by layering a surface glass 12, a solar cell 13 and a back sheet 14 in this order and is fixed with a frame member 18 at the outer peripheral portion of the solar cell panel 16. The solar cell 13 has a layer comprised of inorganic semiconductor particles and a semiconductor film including a compound with a dielectric constant of at least two.
