Each vehicle processor may be configured to close a respective shunt relay upon a predetermined condition of the vehicle whereby the bi-directional voting circuit is activated to notify all other vehicles.

A method for controlling a plurality of vehicles on a path, comprising: detecting indicators of an actual location of one vehicle of a plurality of vehicles using a sensor of the one vehicle of the plurality of vehicles; communicating data indicative of the actual location; receiving, with a vehicle processor of the one vehicle of the plurality of vehicles, the data indicative of the actual location; receiving, at the vehicle processor, data indicative of a predicted location range that is communicated by a track processor; comparing the data indicative of the actual location with the data indicative of the predicted location range with the vehicle processor; and adjusting a vehicle velocity control system of the one vehicle of the plurality of vehicles based on the comparing the data indicative of the actual location and the data indicative of the predicted location.
