An RFIC chip having two input/output terminals is built in an RFIC package (12). One end of an excitation conductor (14) is connected to one of the input/output terminals of the RFIC chip. The electric length from this input/output terminal to the other end (= open end) of the excitation conductor (14) is adjusted to 1/4 λ. One end of a connection conductor (16) is connected to the other input/output terminal of the RFIC chip, and the other end of the connection conductor (16) is open. One end of a spindle constituting a high-pressure gas valve is connected to the open end of the connection conductor (16).
