LED LIGHTING APPARATUS, LIGHT SHADE, AND CIRCUIT MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE APPARATUS

An LED lighting apparatus and a circuit manufacturing method. The LED lighting apparatus comprises: a base (2-1), an LED light-emitting unit, and a light shade (2-3). The LED light-emitting unit and the light shade (2-3) are arranged on the base (2-1). The light shade (2-3) covers the LED light-emitting unit. The inner surface of the light shade (2-3) comprises a light distribution surface (2-31) and a thermally-conductive surface (2-32). This allows the entire apparatus to dissipate heat in all directions, thus greatly increasing the heat dissipation performance of the apparatus. The circuit manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a base, where the base is a physical entity provided on the surface thereof with a three-dimensional structure; either by utilizing a programmable coating apparatus for coating, by manual coating or by means of a combination of both, coating a circuit layer onto the surface of the base, where the circuit layer is a liquid or powder coating containing a metal material, and the thickness of the circuit layer is 20 μm or more; baking the base coated with the circuit layer at a high temperature of 100-1000 °C until the circuit layer is dried; and, retrieving the base when cooled, where the base is provided thereon with a three-dimensionally structured circuit. Employment of the method obviates the need for a circuit board to allow for manufacturing of a three-dimensional circuit structure directly on the surface of a base and to implement an electrical connection.
