The blower device (60) comprises the duct (64), in which the fan (61) is arranged in the direction orthogonal to the opening (72), a restricting wall (67) is formed side-by-side with the opening (72), and the opening (72) is formed narrower than (the width of) the region of the fan (61). In this blower device (60), an arrangement space (74), in which a member can be arranged, is formed outside of the duct (64) by the restricting wall (67).
