PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane composition excellent in heat resistance and an insulation wire using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyurethane composition containing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, di(4-octylphenyl)amine. The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is preferably polycarbonate thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. A breaking elongation measured according to JIS C3005 after standing at 150°C for 10000 hours is preferably 100% or more at 23°C. Then an insulation wire is formed by coating circumference of the wire conductor with the polyurethane composition.
