PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting a living cell of microorganism in a simple process, and in a preferable mode, even if a target region is relatively short.SOLUTION: A living cell of microorganism in a test sample is detected by the following processes while being discriminated from a dead cell or a damaged cell. a) A process of adding iridium complex to the test sample; b) a process of amplifying a target region of DNA or RNA of microorganism contained in the test sample by a nucleic acid amplification method; and c) a process of analyzing an amplified product. |
