<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a R-chamfering device before coating which is compact and light-weight and can be easily mounted to an end part of a metal plate material.SOLUTION: A highly accurate R-chamfering device before coating is self-propelled while positioning a metal plate material 3 of a R-chamfering processed material from a XYZ direction and controlling a traveling direction, accurately performs R-chamfering to a designated area while automatically tracking a surface to be R-chamfered, and automatically stops at a R-chamfering end part 3eb. The device comprises: a cutter 4a; a clamp device 5 having lower wheels 5b in contact with an undersurface 3c of the metal plate material and upper wheels 3a for clamping the metal plate material in cooperation with the lower wheels; and an inclination support plate 6, which is arranged side by side with a mounting angle with respect to an end surface 3a to be R-chamfered, for supporting the end surface 3a while being in contact therewith. By providing the cutter and a surface presence/absence detection sensor 8a between rear side wheels 5ab, 5bb, the device automatically stops after the completion of the R-chamfering of the R-chamfering end part of the metal plate material.</p> |
