PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present tactile sense information according to program content, in broadcast communication cooperation service.SOLUTION: A broadcast communication cooperation tactile sense presentation system 1000 includes a service server 3 for presenting an application corresponding to a program content. The service server 3 stores information obtained by associating a portable terminal 5 with a receiver 4 for receiving a program content broadcast from a broadcast station 1. The service server 3, when having received a request for acquiring an application for program content on which tactile sense information is presented from a receiver 4, transmits a tactile sense presentation application to a portable terminal 5 associated with the receiver 4. The portable terminal 5 receives the tactile sense information on the program content which the service server 3 has received from the broadcast station 1; and outputs the tactile sense information according to tactile sense information presentation timing acquired from the service server 3 or the receiver 4.
