PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas processing device capable of restricting increasing in temperature of a reductant agent feed section and provide a construction machine.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas processing device Y1 comprises: an exhaust gas processing part 4 positioned above an engine; urea water tank for storing a reductant; urea water feed valve 6 having a urea water injector 61; a cooling part 64 for cooling a urea water feed valve 6; a radiator pipe storing cooling water; a cooling water flow-in pipe 7 for connecting the other end 62 of the cooling part 64 with the radiator pipe; a cooling water flow-out pipe 8 for connecting one end 63 of the cooling part 64 with the radiator pipe; and a feed valve cooling water circulation pump. The cooling water flow-in pipe 7 and the cooling water flow-out pipe 8 are connected with the radiator pipe positioned below the cooling part 64, and the cooling water flow-out pipe 8 has a feed part 81 positioned between a connected part 8a and a top part 8b, and capable of feeding cooling water to the cooling part 64 when the engine stops and cooling water is boiled up at the cooling part 64.
