Provided are a trigger management method and apparatus for a CSE, a CSE and a network element of a bearer network. The trigger management method comprises: a CSE sends a trigger request to a network element of a bearer network, wherein the trigger request carries the information as follows: a trigger message, an external identification of the CSE, an identification of a triggered device and a resource identification of a trigger resource corresponding to the trigger request; the CSE receives a trigger response of the trigger request sent by the network element of the bearer network; and the CSE updates a first attribute of the trigger resource according to the trigger response. By using the above-mentioned technical solution provided in the present invention, the technical problems in the relevant art, such as the problem that M2M communication does not provide the corresponding solution of the connection of a trigger device and a service layer server, are solved, thereby achieving the management of the triggering of a device by a service layer. |
