Embodiments of the present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a resource indication method, apparatus and system, so as to reduce overheads of control signaling. The method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is applied in a device-to-device (D2D) communications system, and the D2D communications system comprises at least one first node and one second node. The method comprises: a first node receiving control signaling sent by a second node, the control signaling comprising an indication identification and resource indication information corresponding to the indication identification, and the resource indication information being used for indicating a resource used when data is transmitted; and the first node determining, according to the indication identification, to receive data or send data on the resource indicated by the resource indication information.
