The objective of the present invention is to reduce labor on the part of a user in receiving packages when different delivery companies collect the packages from the shipping sources. This collective delivery system (10) is a system for the purpose of delivering, to one preset delivery destination, multiple packages which have been collected by multiple different delivery companies from one or more shipping sources. A first delivery control means (10C) can set first delivery information associated with each package such that the packages from the shipping source are delivered to a prescribed location different from the one delivery destination. A second delivery control means (10D) can set second delivery information associated with each package such that the packages are delivered collectively by one delivery company from the prescribed location to the one delivery destination. The first delivery control means (10C) changes the first delivery information from the one delivery destination to the prescribed location.
