4-SUBSTITUTED PYRROLO[2,3-D]PYRIMIDINE COMPOUND AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a 4-substituted pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine compound and the use thereof in preparing medications for treating JAK-targeted diseases such as rheumatoid, immune system diseases, and tumors. The 4-substituted pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine compound of the present invention is as indicated in chemical formula I. The activity experiment results of the present invention show that the new compound has a clear effect and activity in the inhibition of Janus kinase, JAK-STAT, cell proliferation of human lymphocytes, and rheumatoid arthritis.
