摘要 The device is characterized in that: (1) various actual operational values of a facility that acts on a material being rolled are input as various operational values into a model formula prescribing a relationship between the various operational values and the energy consumption of said facility, and a value of the energy consumption calculated from the actual results is calculated; (2) a reference learned value for the energy consumption is calculated by dividing the actual value of the energy consumption by the value calculated from the actual results; (3) an operational set value prescribed by a setting calculation unit is input as only one operational value from among the various operational values in the model formula, and actual operational values are input as the other operational values, and a pseudo-actual calculated value of the energy consumption is calculated; (4) a correction learned value is calculated by dividing the value calculated from the actual results by the pseudo-actual calculated value; and (5) with regard to materials to be rolled, that are due to be conveyed subsequently by the rolling line, the various operational set values are input as the various operational values in the model formula, a predicted value of the energy consumption is calculated, and a corrected predicted value of the energy consumption is calculated by multiplying the predicted value by the reference learned value and the correction learned value.
