The purpose of the present invention is to minimize the occurrence of density irregularities in printed materials, due to uneven drying. As a means to solve the problem, this inkjet printing device (1) is provided with: a printing unit (10) equipped with an inkjet head (11); a heater (20) and a fan (40) for drying ink; a cleaning means (12) for cleaning the inkjet head (11); and a controller (30). The controller (30) performs control to reduce the drying efficiency of ink during cleaning and/or control to improve the drying efficiency of ink during ink ejection.
