BUNDLED PAPER CURRENCY REVERSING MECHANISM

A bundled paper currency reversing mechanism for reversing bundled paper currency on a paper currency handling line; the bundled paper currency reversing mechanism has a drive mechanism (1), a transfer transmission (2), a paper currency reversing mechanism (3), an electromagnet control mechanism (4) and a bottom plate (5); a drive gear (103) on the drive mechanism (1) is engaged with a turn-key gear (202) on the transfer transmission (2); a transfer gear (201) on the transfer transmission (2) is engaged with a reversing gear (303) on a reversing transmission (31); the turn-key gear (202) and the transfer gear (201) are controlled by a clutch unit (204) and the electromagnet control mechanism (4) to rotate synchronously; a reversing mechanism (32) is driven to rotate by the reversing transmission (31); the electromagnet control mechanism (4) stops the stop rod (207) of the clutch unit (204) via a limiting shaft (401) to prevent the transfer gear (201) from rotating with the turn-key gear (202); the limiting shaft (401) rises when the electromagnet control mechanism (4) receives a signal transmitted by the main control part of the line, and descends when the stop rod (207) has passed. The bundled paper currency reversing mechanism can reverse the bundled paper currency quickly, efficiently and accurately.
