<p>An external rotor motor, comprising a stator assembly, a rotor assembly and a rotating shaft. The rotor assembly comprises a housing sleeve with a cavity and several permanent magnets which are installed on the inner wall of the cavity of the housing sleeve, wherein the housing sleeve is sheathed outside the stator assembly; a sleeve seat is arranged inside the cavity and in the middle of a bottom wall of the cavity; the rotating shaft is located inside the sleeve seat, and both ends thereof are supported on a bearing; a plastic sealed shell is provided outside the stator assembly; the plastic sealed shell enwraps a stator core, an end insulator and a coil winding; a hollow cavity is formed in the middle of a bottom surface of the plastic sealed shell; the sleeve seat extends into the hollow cavity; a support pillar extends from the middle of a top surface of the plastic sealed shell; a through hole is opened in the middle of the support pillar in an axial direction; the through hole is in communication with the hollow cavity; and the rotating shaft is nested inside the through hole. The structure is simple, and is convenient for installation. A led-out line of the coil winding does not need to extend from the middle of the rotating shaft. The production process is simple, and the costs are low. The operating efficiency of the motor is high. The heat dissipation and waterproof effects are ideal.</p> |
