The present invention relates to a wireless charging substrate and a wireless charging device. The wireless charging substrate comprises: a shielding layer; a coil pattern which is placed on one surface of the shielding layer; and a magnetic pattern which is placed in the central unit of the coil pattern on the same flat surface as the coil pattern. Therefore, the wireless charging substrate can provide a small thickness of the shielding layer and can improve wireless charging efficiency.
