The present invention relates to an UV-light lighting apparatus which improves a cooling effect by direct cooling. The direct cooling is performed by directly combining a PCB substrate with an Al bare board while LED chips are directly mounted on the PCB substrate. An UV-light lighting apparatus according to the present invention includes an isolative ceramic substrate of a rectangular-plate shape; a metal line pattern which is formed by sintering the front side of the ceramic substrate; a metal layer which is formed by sintering the back side of the ceramic substrate; UV-LED chips mounted on the metal line pattern; and a heat radiation plate which is brazed with the metal layer and is combined with the back side of the ceramic substrate. |
