<p>A manufacturing method for a rupture disc according an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a material shaping step of shaping a prepared material into a rupture disc; a surface polishing step of polishing the surface of the material with an abrasive; a washing step of washing the polished surface of the material; a sheet preparing step of preparing a tight sheet on which a background of an etching pattern for forming a rupture recess is printed and the etching patterning is not printed; a carving step of carving a portion of the material where the background pattern is printed on the prepared tight sheet; an etching step of etching the material where the printed portion is carved by immersing the material in a compound solution for etching; and a cleaning and drying step of cleaning the printed portion remaining on the surface of the etched material and then drying the material. Accordingly, various rupture patterns can be precisely formed, and material properties when etching are preserved to improve reliability.</p> |
