PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence/absence determination device capable of determining presence/absence of person without any exclusive device.SOLUTION: A presence/absence determination device 1 is a device which determines presence/absence of person in a predetermined area. The presence/absence determination device 1 includes: storing means 11 that stores a specific operation time zone corresponding to a preset specific apparatus; data processing means 10 that acquires data relevant to the energy consumption amount consumed in the predetermined area; and determination means 12 that determines presence/absence of person. When the energy consumption amount data in a specific operation time zone exceeds a reference value, the determination means 12 determines that a person is present; and when the value is smaller than the reference value, the determination means 12 determines that no person is present. |
