<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage output circuit and a power supply device capable of eliminating the need for process for absorbing variation.SOLUTION: A reference voltage output circuit C4, for outputting a reference voltage for feedback controlled power supply circuits C1 and C2, includes a shunt regulator 17 connected to an output end at which a cathode terminal outputs the reference voltage, a resistor array 20 having a plurality of taps, a wiper W to be connected to either one of the plurality of taps, and a digital potentiometer 19 having a wiper control part 21 for controlling the connection position of the wiper W according to a command signal inputted externally. The cathode terminal of the shunt regulator 17 is connected to one end A of the resistor array 20, an anode terminal of the shunt regulator 17 is connected to the other end B of the resistor array 20, and a reference terminal of the shunt regulator 17 is connected to one of the plurality of taps through the wiper W.</p> |
