<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the transmission efficiency of a high frequency signal in an oscillator.SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 has a waveguide part 3 comprising a first conductor 10 and a second conductor 11 which at least partially confront each other along a transmission direction of a high frequency signal to constitute a pipe wall, and a dielectric material 12 surrounded by the first conductor 10 and the second conductor 11, and an oscillating element 2 that is located in an area where the first conductor 10 and the second conductor 11 confront each other in the waveguide part 3, electrically connected to each of the first conductor 10 and the second conductor 11 and outputs the high frequency signal by supplying DC current. The oscillating element 2 has a first magnetic material that is electrically connected to the first conductor 10 and whose magnetic moment is fixed to one direction, a second magnetic material that is electrically connected to the second conductor 11 and whose magnetic moment is not fixed, and a non-magnetic material located between the first magnetic material and the second magnetic material. Thus, the transmission efficiency of the high frequency signal in the oscillator 1 can be enhanced.</p> |
