<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new adsorption energy measurement method for easily and accurately obtaining adsorption energy of a molecule regardless of chemical adsorption or physical adsorption.SOLUTION: A molecule of which adsorption energy is to be obtained is dissolved into a solvent and solution is prepared, such solution is filled between two parallel plane electrodes, the molecule within the solution is adsorbed onto the surface of the parallel plane electrodes, capacitance between the parallel plane electrodes before and after adsorption of the molecule is measured while the distance between the parallel plane electrodes is being set to 200μm or less, and the adsorption energy of a molecule is obtained from the change of the capacitance.</p> |
