<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed-drying device capable of moving a coarsely crushed low-grade coal while suppressing the amount of a fluidized gas to a low level in a fluidized bed vessel, capable of achieving energy saving and also capable of suppressing scattering of the coarsely crushed low-grade coal having a small particle size, and to provide a method for drying the low-grade coal.SOLUTION: A fluidized bed-drying device comprises: a fluidized bed vessel 10 storing a coarsely crushed low-grade coal obtained by coarsely crushing a low-grade coal; multiple heat transfer tubes 12 which are disposed parallel to each other inside the fluidized bed vessel 10 in a horizontal direction and through which a high-temperature vapor flows; a fan 4 which supplies the vapor A to the fluidized bed vessel 10 to make the coarsely crushed low-grade coal fluidize and contacts a fluidized coarsely crushed low-grade coal on the heat transfer tubes 12 while crossing the multiple arranged heat transfer tubes 12 to dry the coal; and an inclined plane 13 which brings to act a gravitational force on the fluidized coarsely crushed low-grade coal crossing the multiple arranged heat transfer tubes 12 as a force of an obliquely lower direction from the supply side of the low-grade coal in the vessel 10 toward the discharge side thereof.</p> |
