<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device such as a crystal oscillator, capable of coping with the miniaturization and the low profile formation of a mobile terminal, and capable of reducing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A space for accommodating a crystal vibrator 7 is formed by: fixing the crystal vibrator 7 on one principal plane; using, as another principal plane, one ceramic sheet (tabular ceramic sheet) 2 for a substrate for loading an electronic component 5 including an IC chip etc. constituting the crystal device, together with the crystal vibrator; and sealing the one principal plane on which the crystal vibrator 7 is fixed by means of a cap-shaped cover 10. Further, on the other principal plane, a mounting terminal 3 is formed by thick-film printing. The mounting terminal 3 is formed to have a thickness equivalent to or larger than the loading thickness of the electronic component 5 including the IC chip etc., so that the loading space for the IC chip etc. is secured.</p> |
