Food absorbing phytosterol and a production method thereof. A production procedure thereof comprises: weighing the phytosterol, adding it to edible oil and fat of 60-80°C with quality being 1-2 times thereof, stirring, and heating to 100-240°C; then adding edible oil and fat of 70-145°C and stirring to obtain phytosterol impregnated oil and fat; and putting various fresh or refrigerated animal and plant ingredients into the phytosterol impregnated oil and fat and fishing them out 0.1-10 minutes later to obtain the food absorbing the phytosterol. |
