ATT0565, DY510-XL or ROX or a blend thereof covalently attached to a fourth nucleic acid, v. DY632 or DY520-XL or a blend thereof covalently attached to a fifth nucleic acid and, vi. Chromeo 494 attached to a sixth nucleic acid, wherein Chromeo 494 must be one of the four selected.
