A touch sensor of the present invention comprises a base substrate; a first electrode pattern formed parallel on an upper surface of the base substrate; and a second electrode pattern formed to cross the direction of the first electrode pattern formed on the lower surface of the base substrate, wherein the first electrode pattern can be formed to be overlapped with each other to cover the second electrode pattern on an area where the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern cross each other.
