PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device capable of performing authentication to a vehicle control device, the vehicle control device, and a vehicle control system including the mobile communication device and the vehicle control device that can exchange authentication information and the like with a plurality of vehicle control devices while maintaining security.SOLUTION: A vehicle control system 1 includes a BCM[1] 10a and a BCM[2] 10b for controlling a vehicle, and a UID 40 that is possessed by a user and used when performing authentication to the BCM[1] 10a and the BCM[2] 10b. The UID 40 changes the authentication information for performing authentication to the UID 40 in the BCM[2] 10b by communicating with the BCM[2] 10b using LF communication, and when receiving from the BCM[2] 10b notification that authentication information has been changed, communicates with the BCM[1] 10a that is different from the BCM[2] 10b using RF communication that is different from LF communication. |
