<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict driving torque of an own vehicle under a prescribed condition, even when a driver slowly and strongly steps on an accelerator pedal from a stop state when an obstacle exists at the front or back of the own vehicle within a prescribed distance.SOLUTION: Engine driving torque of an own vehicle 1 is restricted by an ECU 6 for calculation, when a prescribed amount or more of accelerator pedal stepping amount is continuously detected even after fluctuation of a detected vehicle speed and a detected wheel speed from zero, is determined in a state the accelerator pedal is slowly stepped at a stepping speed lower than a set speed, until a prescribed amount or more accelerator pedal stepping amount is detected by an accelerator sensor 3.</p> |
