Disclosed is a direct-current permanent magnet synchronous motor with an external control card. The direct-current permanent magnet synchronous motor comprises a motor single body and a motor controller. The motor single body comprises a rotating shaft, a permanent magnetism rotor assembly, a stator assembly, and a housing assembly. The permanent magnetism rotor assembly and the stator assembly form magnetic coupling and are mounted on the housing assembly. The motor controller comprises a driving control microprocessor, an inverter circuit, and a motor operating parameter detection circuit. The motor operating parameter detection circuit inputs a motor operating parameter into the driving control microprocessor. The driving control microprocessor outputs a PWM signal to control the inverter circuit. An output end of the inverter circuit is connected to a coil winding. The control system is characterized that: the control system is located outside the motor, is connected to the external control card by means of a wire, the external control card comprises an application control microprocessor, and the application control microprocessor is connected to and communicates with the driving control microprocessor. The direct-current permanent magnet synchronous motor has strong adaptability, reduces waste caused by environment change or function change, helps to carry out secondary development, is easy to detect, is easy to ensure the quality, and is easy to maintain. |
