<p>Provided is a CV conversion circuit equipped with a booster circuit, wherein the CV conversion circuit has reduced switching noise. For a prescribed interval (TA) preceding the timing of sampling and holding by a sample-and-hold circuit, a timing control circuit brings an enable signal supplied to a charge pump circuit to low level. The charge pump circuit receives the enable signal, and halts operation. In so doing, switching noise produced within the charge pump circuit is not superimposed on the voltage that is sampled and held by the sample-and-hold circuit.</p> |
