A method, device and system for adjusting signalling reporting, relating to the technical field of communication network applications, and improving the continuity of communication services when a user equipment (UE) moves among cells. The method comprises the following steps: a macro base station (MeNB) sending a first indication message to a UE (101), wherein the first indication message is used for indicating to the UE to jointly feed back uplink control information for the MeNB and a secondary base station (SeNB); and the MeNB receiving joint uplink control information sent by the UE according to the first indication message (102). The embodiment of the present invention is applied to the reporting of channel state information (CSI) in double links.
