The invention relates to pharmacology and medicine, in particular, to monopegylated inteferon INF α-2b of a linear structure, in which a polyethylene glycol is attached to protein via a phenylalanine linker by an amide bond. The technical result provides in obtaining covalent conjugate IFN α-2b with prolonged circulation in blood flow and enhanced characteristics of antiviral activity and immunogenicity and also a pharmaceutical composition for preparing a medicament having interferon-alpha activity.
