The present invention relates to Lactobacillus paracasei HY7301 having growth inhibitory effects of a causative bacterium of pimples and a product comprising the same as an active ingredient. Lactobacillus paracasei HY7301 of the present invention has growth inhibitory effects of Propionibacterium acnes which is a causative bacterium of pimples, thus can be used as a pharmaceutical composition, a fermented food, beverage, a health functional food, a cosmetic composition, etc., comprising the same as an active ingredient so as to treat pimples on skin.
