<p>Disclosed are a system and a method for collecting case data, and a medium recorded with a computer readable program for executing the same method. The system for collecting the case data includes a form input part, an e-mail sending part, and a data collection part. The form input part is inputted with a case record form, and the e-mail sending part sends an e-mail by including the case record form inputted to a previously established e-mail address of an answerer, and the data collection part collects previously established data from the e-mail received in corresponding to the transmitted e-mail. Only if the answerer inputs the case record form capable of inputting data, the system sends the case record form to previously established answerers by including the case record form in the e-mail, a targeting data are collected from the received e-mail. Thus, a small scale clinical test researcher can collect various case data from a number of answerers easily.</p> |
